Skinboosters (for healthy skin)

Over time, the quality of your skin changes – collagen and elastic fibres disintegrate, and your native hyaluronic acid diminishes, meaning that your skin’s tone and texture takes a nose dive.

Stress, sun exposure, poor diet, partying, hormonal and genetic factors are common influences of whether the skin appears bright and healthy or dull and crepey. Understandably, common psychological issues arise from having bad skin. Whilst there are many beauty products and treatments that target skin on the surface, it is far more effective to treat the skin at its living level.

Skinboosters are lightly injected into the skin’s dermis (the living part), restoring hydration levels and improving structure, firmness and elasticity of the skin. The result is healthy, hydrated and luminous skin.

Skinboosters may be targeted to a specific areas, such as around the eyes for crowsfeet, or mouth for “smokers” an “smile” lines. They may also be performed as a “field treatment” to the entire face, neck, décolletage or hands.

For optimum results, skinbooster injections should be carried out once a month for three months, and then at six monthly intervals to create and then maintain a reservoir of hydration and smooth complexion.

* Hyularonic Acid (HA) can be found in all of us. It’s what shapes our eyes, lubricates our joints and plumps our skin. It is the groundsubstance for collagen and elastin.
